Reform UK have welcomed another defector as former Tory MP Ben Bradley becomes the latest politician to join the ranks.

Bradley, who lost his Mansfield parliamentary seat in the last general election, said that trust in the Conservatives is “not coming back,” as he announced his support for Nigel Farage’s right-wing party.

The former MP will join Reform as the ‘head of local government action’ and is supposedly tasked with reducing council spending.

Bradley said that he believed his new party was "prepared to be different and to tackle the most pressing issues", and wanted to help "ensure that communities feel the benefit of voting for Reform."

Bradley joins several other former conservative politicians, including key figures such as Nadine Dorries, who have voiced similar perspectives
