The new Michigan interim football coach in the wake of Sherrone Moore’s shocking firing Wednesday has quite the lucrative fallback should his time with the Wolverines end soon.
Francis “Biff” Poggi, 65, previously ran a multi-million-dollar hedge fund before be entered the preps and collegiate coaching ranks.
Poggi used a $25,000 loan in 1986 to create a hedge fund, Samuel James Limited, that he grew to be worth hundreds of millions, per Charlotte Magazine .
