Three guilty verdicts were handed up by three juries on Dec. 11 – one for each murder trial running simultaneously this week at the Marion County Judicial Center.

Two of the three defendants were sentenced. Sentencing for the third man is not until 2026.

Those found guilty were 48-year-old Michael Rene Montgomery Jr., Melvin Arias, 35, and Henry Jonathan Valencia, 24.
