Indiana House Democrats are going to get a boost from the national party in 2026, for the first time in more than a decade, following the messy redistricting debate that divided Indiana's Republicans.
The Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee chose Indiana as one of its target states for flipping seats in the 2026 midterms, and in Indiana's case, that means a concerted effort to break the Republican supermajority in the House. The last time the caucus got this kind of help and attention from the national committee was in 2014.
