An annual survey of Sarnia-Lambton businesses is back, and asking some new questions.

The Sarnia-Lambton Workforce Development Board is looking for respondents, until Jan. 30, to its annual is EmployerOne survey that also asks about local labour market trends like hiring needs, recruitment strategies, sector turnover and hard-to-fill positions, said Mikelle Bryson-Campbell, executive director with the research not-for-profit.
The survey in 2025 had 323 respondents, and hopes are to get more in 2026, Bryson-Campbell said.
