The Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General filed a lawsuit against the popular restoration service company Philadelphia Salvage.

On Friday, Dec. 12, Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday announced the lawsuit which accuses the Philadelphia-based company and its owner Christopher Stock of failing to complete their work, which mostly consisted of restoring antiques and heirloom household fixtures.

According to the lawsuit, the company entered into contracts with consumers, failed to perform the work and refused to refund customers. Officials said consumers suffered around $20,000 in loss as a result.
