Three Indian-origin truckers have been arrested in connection with a shooting in Brampton, Canada, linked to a tow-truck rivalry, the Peel Regional Police said. Two rival groups, both with members from the South Asian community, were involved in the violence.
The arrested men have been identified as Manjot Bhatti (26), Navjot Bhatti (26), and Amanjot Bhatti (22), and charged with multiple firearm-related offences.
One suspect, reportedly also a South Asian, is still at large. Investigators have urged people to come forward with information about the suspect.
