Though a developer promised to transform the property land by one Oklahoma City family's treasured home and ranch, the property adjacent to Top Golf and Chisholm Creek has instead fallen further into disrepair.

More than 13,000 drivers pass the house daily, and the adjacent prairie land that was once home to the ranch has given way to one of Oklahoma City’s busiest retail corridors. And three years after The Oklahoman first delved into the history of the property, its condition has only worsened .
