AUSTIN, Texas — A jury convicted a man of indecency with a child by exposure on Dec. 4, the Travis County District Attorney’s Office announced Friday.

Kevin Art Denmon was sentenced to seven years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

Denmon was arrested by Austin police on June 9, 2023, and charged with indecency with a child by exposure. A Travis County grand jury indicted him on Oct. 10, 2023.

Jury selection for Denmon’s trial began Dec. 1, 2025, with testimony starting Dec. 3. The jury deliberated on Dec. 4, and found Denmon guilty.
