A Marriott TownePlace Suites hotel building located in Midtown has sold for approximately $60 million.

The Davidson County Register of Deeds office had yet to record the transaction as of publication time. However, a source confirmed the approximate sales price and said the new owner is Chicago-based real estate company Bradford Allen.

Founded in 2003, Bradford Allen owns and/or manages about 70 properties, according to its website. This seemingly is the company's first Nashville building.

The seller was Chattanooga-based 3H Group Inc., which developed the site of the hotel building. Opened in April 2021, the structure sits at 1500 Charlotte Ave.
