The Canadiens may have found the answer to their goaltending woes and it starts with rookie Jacob Fowler.
The Canadiens called up Fowler on Tuesday and he was a 4-2 winner in his NHL debut Thursday night in Pittsburgh. He was calm and in control and was at his best when he faced the NHL’s No. 3 power play. The Penguins went 1-for-6 with the man advantage and Fowler made 15 of his 36 saves when the Penguins had a power play.
