Texas Tech continued to build on the momentum that produced the program’s first Big 12 title, announcing on Friday that four-star tight end Matt "Moose" Ludwig has committed to the Red Raiders after being released from his early signing with Michigan.

The addition arrives as Texas Tech prepares for its No. 4 seed matchup in the College Football Playoff , coming on the back of a 12-1 season under fourth-year head coach Joey McGuire.
