The holiday spirit will be on full display at the Seven Chiefs Sportsplex and Jim Starlight Centre on Tsuut’ina Nation this weekend.
The fifth annual Christmas at the Nation market and festival kicked off Friday, bringing more than 200 Indigenous small businesses and entrepreneurs to the sprawling recreation complex at 19 Bullhead Road, just outside of Calgary’s southwest city limits.
The festival, which runs through Sunday, will feature Indigenous cultural programming, 220 artisan vendors, festive activities, and a special visit from the Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan as it searches for Canada’s “kindest” community.
