UPDATED with full trailer: Fox has released the official trailer for Best Medicine , its upcoming remake of the popular British series Doc Martin .

In the extended trailer we find out Josh Charles ‘ Doctor Best (or Doc Martin as the townspeople insist on calling him), is trying to keep a secret from everyone in town. But it’s getting harder to do so.

Best Medicine premieres Tuesday, January 6, on Fox.
