Luigi Mangione was back in court for a seventh day as his lawyers worked to get evidence thrown out from his state murder case connected to the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

The hearings continue after newly released body camera footage shows Mangione being arrested by Altoona police in Pennsylvania.

Duncan Levin, a former federal prosecutor, joined “The Rush Hour” on Friday to talk about Mangione, New York state Attorney General Letitia James’ dismissed indictment and more.
