Well if you thought temperatures were cold this week, just wait until we make our way into the weekend. A powerful mass of arctic air is going to push its way into the Mid-Missouri area, dropping our temperatures significantly. We are already colder right now than we were this time yesterday, but expect low temperatures to reach the single digits both Saturday and Sunday night.
In addition to the winter-like temperatures, expect winter like precipitation too. A band of snow will move into the area tomorrow morning, mostly affecting the northern portions of the state including the northern most areas of our viewing area.
