Cash was stolen from a Marks & Spencer store in Warrington after a group of men armed with tools forced their way inside during the early hours of the morning. Between 12.25am and 12.50am on Friday, December 12, four unidentified men arrived in a dark-coloured car at the M&S on Europa Boulevard.

They were seen getting out of the vehicle carrying tools, including a crowbar and a large angle grinder, which they used to break into the building. Once inside, the men targeted an ATM machine and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash before leaving the scene shortly before 12.50am.

Detectives said enquiries are ongoing and are appealing for information from the public.
