Head judge Shirley Ballas has confessed she was left tossing and turning after Lewis Cope got the boot from Strictly Come Dancing .

The Emmerdale star, who was paired with Katya Jones, couldn't make it through the dance-off and Shirley clearly had his departure weighing on her mind.

Speaking on It Takes Two, she revealed to presenter Fleur East that she's been struggling to get any shut-eye before the semi-final.

Fleur enquired: "How excited for being here are you now we're less than 24 hours away from this year's semi-final?"
