A Filipino national living in Baltimore pleaded guilty in federal court in Boston on Wednesday to sexually exploiting and conspiring to traffic children with a former local music teacher, prosecutors said.

Christopher Allan Tisoy, 27, was arrested and charged in May along with Joshua DeWitte , 50, who formerly taught at Buckingham Browne & Nichols in Cambridge. DeWitte allegedly paid Tisoy nearly $24,000 to produce videos documenting the sexual exploitation of boys in the Philippines, US Attorney Leah B. Foley’s office said in a statement on Thursday. Both men were indicted in October and remain in federal custody.

Last December, DeWitte was flagged for allegedly uploading sexually explicit material depicting the abuse of a young boy to his Snapchat account, prosecutors said.
