Dec. 4 — Wrong place, wrong age

• 8:55 a.m., East Hyman Avenue — Aspen Police officers arrested an 18-year-old Aspen resident on three petty offenses: third-degree criminal trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession/consumption of marijuana, less than 2 ounces, by an underage person.

Dec. 6 — Surly visitor

• 6:18 p.m., East Durant Avenue — Aspen officers cited a Denver man, 49, at a downtown lodge of a misdemeanor charge of second-degree criminal trespassing into a motor vehicle; a misdemeanor count of harassment, shoving, striking, kicking; and one petty offense for disorderly conduct/unreasonable noise in a
