The 2025 California high school football season has reached the Northern vs. Southern bowl championship stage.

In the CIF State Division 4-A title game, El Cerrito (12-2) makes the long trek to Orange County from the Bay Area, while Beckman (12-3) heads just 16 miles north on I-5 from Irvine.
