Thomas “Tom” Ray Tarr, 74, of Wellsburg, WV passed away December 10, 2025, at Liza’s Place, Wheeling, WV.

He was born September 28, 1951, in Wheeling, WV to the late William V. and Vera C. Smith Tarr.

Tom retired from Eagle Manufacturing as a machinist until 2013 with 42 years of service.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Ronald Tarr and brother-in-law Robert Fonner.

He is survived by his three sisters Brenda Fonner of Wellsburg, WV, Cindy Riska (Stephen) of Wellsburg, WV, Donna Mizok (Brian) of Marysville, OH, nieces, nephews and cousins of whom he was very proud.
