Celebrity Gogglebox viewers were left gobsmacked when they realised why they recognised the new addition to the cast, actress Tamsin Egerton.

The beloved Channel 4 show returned to screens on Friday (December 12) for a Stand Up To Cancer special - and there were a slew of exciting new pairings to react to this week’s TV.

As well as the show’s regulars, the likes of Celebrity Traitors stars Joe Marler and Nick Mohammed made a one-off appearance for the charity edition of the programme.

Oscar winner Kieran Culkin , 43, and wife Jazz took to the famous sofa as well as David Tennant and his wife Georgia.

There was also Hollywood legend and noughties heartthrob Josh Hartnett
