Both buildings are owned by the same entity, Deva Holdings Inc., according to Williamson County Appraisal District (WCAD) records.

The properties, located at 1017 Main St. and 923 Main St., are being marketed separately but share common ownership and are listed by the same brokerage, Spyglass Realty, according to public listings.
