Ex-NFL safety Ryan Clark took to ESPN’s "First Take" on Friday to tear apart the quarterback situation of the Indianapolis Colts with a railing indictment of their perceived incompetence and irresponsibility, as they are expected to start Philip Rivers against Seattle this weekend.
The 44-year-old Rivers signed with the Colts practice squad earlier this week after Indianapolis lost starter Daniel Jones to a season-ending Achilles tear and had backup quarterback Riley Leonard suffer a knee injury in the same game against Jacksonville.
Rivers last competed at a professional level in 2021 but has spent the last five years coaching high school football in Alabama before working out for the Colts on his birthday Monday.
