NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A Sumner County man was indicted after allegedly starting a fire in Westmoreland, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI).
The TBI said 28-year-old James Allen Jones, Jr. reportedly set fire to a home in the 4000 block of Bledsoe Street in Westmoreland on Sept. 12, according to the TBI.
In December, the Sumner County Grand Jury returned indictments charging Jones with one count each of aggravated burglary, arson, and vandalism over $10,000.
The TBI said Jones was served in the Sumner County Jail, where he was already booked on unrelated charges.
Officials said his bond was set at $100,000.
