Ace India batter Virat Kohli is reportedly set to represent Delhi in a few initial games of the upcoming Vijay Hazare Trophy, which will mark his return to the Indian domestic one-day competition after over a decade. Having left the country after the three-match ODI series, Kohli returned on Saturday, December 13.

Kohli ’s participation in the 50-over tournament was confirmed a few days ago by the Delhi and District Cricket Association in an official press release.

Delhi will start their campaign with an opening game against Andhra Pradesh on December 24 at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. In a recent development, the Karnataka State Cricket Association has shifted Delhi’s games from Alur to the Chinnaswamy Stadium.
