The IDF has announced the “elimination” of Hamas second-in-command Ra’ad Sa’d in an airstrike. The strike allegedly hit a vehicle at the al-Nabulsi roundabout west of Gaza City, Gaza Strip, leaving four dead and more than 20 wounded.
