Happy holidays — and a fond adieu from the Gazette’s restaurant desk to our faithful readers. I couldn’t leave until I wrapped up the year with a bow.

Here are my favorite restaurants from 2025, and as I am on the way out I’ll take liberties and pick as many as I like. It’s been a good year, with old favorites such as Ferrari’s still going strong and new ones like BuonaSera sparkling on Saratoga Lake.
