HBO's upcoming Harry Potter reboot has an opportunity to include a whole host of moments from J.K. Rowling's bestselling books that the film series either glossed over or ignored–– and if they're not done to perfection, I'll have more than a few Howlers to send out. While some Potter fans of a certain age maintain that it's way too soon for Warner Bros. to be rebooting the beloved film series in television form, the one advantage of an episodic retelling, especially on a platform like HBO, is the amount of extra time the show will have. It will allow moments, scenes, and even entire characters originally cut from the Potter films to receive life for the first time on screen, ushering in a whole new era of Potter that could turn out to be even more faithful to Rowling's books than the films
