A house that sold for $800,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in West Orange in the past week.

In total, six residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $609,443. The average price per square foot was $303.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Dec. 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

6. $218K, detached house at 11 White Street

The single-family residence at 11 White Street in West Orange has new owners. The price was $217,660. The house was built in 1800 and has a living area of 2,125 square feet. The price per square foot was $102. The deal was finalized on Nov. 5.
