Who are the 2025 Heisman Trophy finalists?

The finalists for the Heisman Trophy were released on Dec. 8. They are:

Notre Dame RB Jeremiyah Love

Indiana QB Fernando Mendoza

Vanderbilt QB Diego Pavia

Ohio State QB Julian Sayin

If Mendoza or Pavia win the award, it will be the first time their school has had a Heisman winner. Notre Dame and Ohio State players have won the Heisman seven times each. That is tied for second-most all time for a school behind USC
