A new analysis by a global expert committee of the World Health Organisation (WHO) has concluded that, based on current evidence, there is no causal link between vaccines and autism spectrum disorders (ASD).

The committee, known as the Global Advisory Committee on Vaccine Safety (GACVS), was established in 1999 to bring together international experts for independent and authoritative scientific advice on vaccine safety.
