RHODE ISLAND, USA — A shooter dressed in black killed at least two people and wounded nine others in a classroom at Brown University on Saturday during final exams, authorities said.

Around 400 officers are now in the Providence, Rhode Island, area as the search for the gunman continues. Authorities have been able to share very few details about the shooter, only identifying him as a male in dark clothing.

Timothy O’Hara, Deputy Chief of Police, said the gunman was last seen leaving Brown University's Barus & Holley building, where the attack happened.

During a Saturday evening press conference, O'Hara added that the gunman "could be in his 30s, but we’re not positive."
