COLFAX, Calif. —

Approximately 13 train cars derailed in Colfax early this morning, said Union Pacific.

According to the railroad, the cars derailed at about 3:20 AM near State Highway 174 and Narrow Gauge Road.

No one was injured and cleanup is currently underway, said Union Pacific. It is investigating what led up to the incident.
