Nobody saw Keon Pernell kill his girlfriend, Cherie Shavon Ingram, but prosecutors say his patterns of behavior all point to his guilt, and on Friday morning, a jury agreed.
"He does not let her walk away from him," Assistant District Attorney Megan Rhoden told a jury on Thursday.
This was true in October 2020, when Pernell is alleged to have stabbed Ingram around seven times in a convenience store parking lot, Rhoden said.
