“Captain Jet” has seen enough.
Gang Green superfan Ray Hoffman revealed in a series of Facebook posts this week that he doesn’t plan to renew his season tickets for the 2026 season, writing that the Jets are charging $2,600 for his one seat and citing the “calamity they have been putting out there” as the reason for his attendance decision.
“The captain is out no more of this crap,” Hoffmann wrote in a post this week, with a photo of him saluting accompanying it.
Then, two days later, Hoffman reiterated in another post that he’s “out as a season ticket holder which means I’ll be watching on TV next year good luck paying all that money for nothing !!!”
Hoffman’s posts occurred after the Jets fell to the Dolphins, 34-10 , at MetLife Stadium and dropped to 3-10 this season, with their l
