The Red Bulls are trading away one of their top stars.

Lewis Morgan is being dealt to San Diego FC in exchange for a SuperDraft pick, according to multiple reports.

The Red Bulls are covering a portion of his contract in the trade that closes a four-year chapter for the Scottish international, who arrived in New York by way of a swap with Inter Miami CF.

San Diego will also send the Red Bulls roughly $400,000 in general allocation money, with New York sending an amount that would be similar to San Diego in 2027, The Athletic reported .
