WEST LAFAYETTE – No. 6 Purdue rolled past Marquette 79-59 on Saturday at Mackey Arena behind 22 points on 9-for-9 shooting and 11 rebounds from Oscar Cluff and 15 points from Fletcher Loyer. The Boilermakers have won two in a row by an average of 24 points since their loss to Iowa State last week.

Cluffing season

Cluff turned in his best game as a Boilermaker, the type of performance that was common for him in the Summit League at South Dakota State last season. He has been ultra-efficient on offense this season (he's shooting 75.3% from the field after Saturday's performance), but had not been called upon to be a go-to scorer until this afternoon.
