A video of the person suspected to have shot 11 students, two fatally , on the campus of Brown University on Saturday was released by law enforcement.
The video is from the Barus & Holley Engineering building at 184 Hope St., in Providence, Rhode Island, where the shooting broke out just after 4 p.m. on Saturday, according to Providence Mayor Brett Smiley in a second press conference on Saturday.
It showed the suspect, who is believed to be a man, in all black clothing leaving the building and walking on Hope Street. He then took a right on Waterman Street. His face is not visible in the video.
The suspect may have been wearing a camouflage gray mask and could be in his 30s, but that information is not confirmed, law enforcement said.
The shelter in place order was still in effect
