SALT LAKE CITY — Police officers and a suspect exchanged fire outside of SKY nightclub in downtown Salt Lake City early Saturday.

The Salt Lake City Police Department said a suspect fired shots at an officer as they fled the scene and officers were able to fire at least one shot back at the suspect.

The SLCPD said there were no injuries reported at the scene of the shooting. Police did not give information on the suspect at the time of publication or whether anyone was arrested.
