Senate Bill 56: Bans the sale of most intoxicating hemp products at retail stores and modifies adult-use marijuana laws (goes to governor).

Sponsor: Sen. Steve Huffman (R., Tipp City).

Vote: Senate approved the conference report Tuesday, 22-7.

Northwest Ohio senators: Paula Hicks-Hudson (D., Toledo), did not vote; Theresa Gavarone (R., Bowling Green), yes; Rob McColley (R., Napoleon), yes; Bill Reineke (R., Tiffin), yes.
