Pulwama, Dec 13 : Awantipora Police have presented a challan before the Court of competent jurisdiction in connection with FIR No. 86/2025, registered under Sections 2 and 3 of the Enemy Infiltration and Movement Control Ordinance (EIMCO), against 40 accused persons allegedly involved in anti-national activities.

According to police, the accused persons are alleged to have crossed the border illegally into Pakistan for arms training and did not return thereafter. Following a sustained investigation, the case was found fit for judicial proceedings.

The investigation was conducted by the Station House Officer of Police Station Awantipora under the supervision of the Sub-Divisional Police Officer Awantipora. Police said all required legal formalities were completed before submitting the ch
