Ruben Amorim was spiky when he spoke to journalists after drawing against West Ham at the beginning of the month. Amorim was furious after dropping points at Old Trafford and became notably irritated when he fielded a handful of questions about his handling of Kobbie Mainoo.
Amorim was asked if he could see there was a risk of Mainoo becoming demoralised after another game in which he was left on the bench, and said: "I see it. I just want to win, I try to put the players, I don't look who it is, I don't care about that, I'm just trying to put the best players on the pitch."
