Listen up, existing and aspiring entrepreneurs. Your Buckeye State was recently awarded the honor of the top state, yes No. 1, in the entire country for infrastructure, No. 2 for cost of doing business, and No. 5 in CNBC’s “Top States for Business” report released in July. In addition to achieving the No. 5 spot, Ohio ranked No. 6 in technology and innovation and No. 7 in both cost of living and access to capital.

What does this mean to me, you may ask. It means the state’s low cost of living, collaborative business ecosystems, excellent infrastructure and the cost of doing business work together to provide a favorable business environment for new ventures not only to start but also to thrive.
