Parsippany Regional skated to a 9-1 victory over Newton-Lenape Valley at Skylands Ice World in Stockholm.

The Vikings were led by Robert Hemenway, tallying 2 goals and six assists, while Sean Coyle had two goals and three assists.

Newton struck first on a power play goal by Ryan Barling, assisted by Ganon Hawryluk, to take a brief 1-0 lead in the first period. But Parsippany Hills responded with four straight goals to close out the opening frame with a 4-1 advantage.

The Vikings continued to pour it on in the second period, outscoring Newton 3-0 to extend their lead to 7-1. Parsippany Hills tacked on two more goals in the third.

Shay Anand chipped in with four assists for the Vikings. Andrew Nicholas was solid in net, making 19 saves on 20 shots.
