US President Donald Trump condemned the mass shooting at Sydney's Bondi Beach, calling it a "terrible attack" as he addressed reporters at the White House on Monday. Trump's remarks came hours after Australian authorities confirmed that at least 11 people were killed and 29 others were wounded when two gunmen opened fire during a Hanukkah celebration on Sunday evening.

The US President called the shooting "purely antisemitic attack", and expressed solidarity with Australia's Jewish community.
