The Minnesota Timberwolves will be shorthanded for Sunday’s game against the Sacramento ‍Kings in Minneapolis.

The Timberwolves will be without three-time All-Star Anthony Edwards (right foot soreness) and backcourt mate Mike Conley (right ‌Achilles tendinopathy).

Fellow guard ‌Bones Hyland will be available to play on Sunday versus Sacramento after sustaining a right knee contusion just 4 1/2 minutes into Minnesota’s 127-120 ‍victory over the Golden State Warriors on Friday. Edwards and Conley ‍each sat out that game.

Edwards, the No. 1 pick of the 2020 NBA Draft, boasts a team-best average ‍of 28.7 points while starting all 20 games he has played ‍this ‍season.

Conley has contributed 5.3 points and 3.2 ⁠assists in 24 games (five ‌starts).
