A former Strictly Come Dancing star has refused to return to the show after suffering from "horrific nightmares".

Speaking exclusively to the Daily Star, Vanessa Feltz didn't hesitate when asked whether she would return to the show. She said: "No, no, no. God, absolutely no. I still have nightmares and come out in a cold sweat thinking about it. Absolutely not! I would never go on again under any circumstances!

"I did it, it was great, I'm glad it's over. I was brave to have done it, also insane to have done it."

Her comments arrive ahead of the Strictly Come Dancing finale, scheduled to broadcast next Saturday, December 20.
