GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - Florida baseball’s Brendan Lawson was named to the Cape Cod Baseball League All-Star Roster and Home Run contest this weekend.

Lawson has slashed .357/.486/.786 with a 1.272 OPS in the Cape. Additionally, 10 hits, three home runs and three doubles.

The Cape League All-Star Game and Home Run Contest will take place Saturday, July 19.
